Is this a professional business valuation?
No. The readiness score is a preparation framework. The optional financial tool calculates a scenario using your own EBIT and multiple assumptions. A professional valuation needs more information and appropriate judgement.
Is my business publicly listed?
No listing is created by the assessment or form. A follow-up enquiry is not permission to publish your business, approach buyers or share your details with an adviser.
Are you an M&A advisory firm?
Continuum is an independent orientation and introduction service. We do not claim contracted relationships with specific advisory firms. Any future introduction is subject to an actual arrangement and your informed permission.
How is the service funded?
The intended model is to receive compensation from an adviser for an agreed introduction. No paid introduction is made automatically. The recipient and any relevant commercial relationship must be disclosed before you agree to sharing.
